1. Service Description
Düğünly is a wedding planning platform that provides tools such as guest list management, budget tracking, seating plans, photo collection via QR codes, an AI wedding assistant, venue search, and related features. Some features require a paid subscription.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are intended for personal wedding planning use; they are not transferable.
3. Acceptable Use
When using Düğünly, you agree that you will NOT:
- Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Collect personal data of others without their consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
- Use the service to send unsolicited messages (spam).
- Impersonate another person or organization.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content (photos, videos, names, notes) you upload. You grant Düğünly a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and people you explicitly share with (such as wedding guests scanning your QR code).
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Prices and features for each plan are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. All sales are final; refund requests are handled case by case. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
6. Storage and Data Retention
Photos and files you upload are stored on Google Cloud Storage, or optionally on your own Google Drive if you connect it. Retention depends on your plan. Free and lower tiers may have shorter retention windows. We may delete uploads after the retention window expires or after prolonged account inactivity.
7. AI Assistant
The AI wedding assistant is provided for convenience and planning inspiration only. Suggestions and recommendations are not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
8. Third-Party Services
Düğünly integrates with third-party services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Drive, Lemon Squeezy, and weather/venue data providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours when you use those integrations.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Düğünly brand, software, templates, designs, and content published by us are reserved. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
10. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the settings page, which will permanently remove your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe pose a security or legal risk.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Düğünly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice in the app. Continued use of Düğünly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul.
